Disclaimer: No Returns or Exchanges on Piercing Jewelry

For reasons of health and hygiene, piercing jewelry is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

This means that once a piercing item has been unsealed after delivery, the right of withdrawal does not apply, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these products.

Please note that we are not liable for any damage resulting from improper handling or use, including (but not limited to) denting soft metals such as gold with piercing tools, or damaging threading by forcing or overturning components in the wrong direction.

To help prevent such issues, every order includes an instruction card and an additional leaflet with clear illustrations and guidance on the correct way to handle and open threaded jewelry.

We are also not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping or customs handling unless the insured shipping option is selected at checkout.

Delays, duties, or additional costs imposed by customs are beyond our control and are not valid reasons to cancel a purchase, as these procedures and fees are mandated by the buyers government for import.
